Who looks after the shipping and does it have to be international?

It's your store so you set the parameters of where you're willing to ship to. Shipping is 100% your responsibility. You will receive an email as each sale is made with all the details of where to ship your products to their new happy home. If you have or create a [ShipStation](https://www.shipstation.com) account, you can integrate that with our platform from the vendor dashboard, giving you an even smoother delivery process. How do I keep track of stock?

We advise you to be aware of your current stock levels to ensure that you don't sell out (in a good way) too fast! A quick tip is to have the quantity that you list on our site low enough to ensure this.

How do I apply to be a vendor?

Easy, first, just read [this page](https://marketplace.inveganswetrust.com/vendor-application-form/), PLEASE actually read it, you may be quizzed later as part of our vetting process to keep our Marketplace vegan. Then fill in the form at the bottom of the page.

What happens if I want to return an item?

Contact the vendor you bought it from. Each item sold is protected under the goods and services act of the country it is purchased from. IVWT is a platform that facilitates the space for you to connect with sellers. We are not responsible for the products or their returns, so please reach out to the seller for their individual return policies. Vegan small businesses are often busy making great vegan products so please give them at least 5 days, to attend to your request. Regarding Service Providers - in good faith, YES. In our vetting process, we do all we can to confirm that our service providers are vegan. Support them and you're driving the vegan economy! With products, we do what we can to make sure that everything sold in the marketplace is vegan - that's the whole mission of IN VEGANS WE TRUST. Please note, we do vet all our vendors, however, this is the internet so please do stay vigilant. We also invite you to double-check ingredients or contact the seller directly if you want to verify something. There are so many reasons to shop in our marketplace but our absolute favourite is that you are keeping the vegan dollar in the vegan economy! Everything you buy in our marketplace is either made by a vegan company or a service provided by a vegan individual. These vegan business owners are going to spend this money within their own vegan communities.
